Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to CLRTY on the web or in the mobile app.
2. Open Your Details from the profile menu.
3. Scroll to Delete account, confirm, and your account is removed immediately along with any active membership.

Request by email

If you cannot sign in, email clrtyhq@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile.
• Your posts, comments, supports, direct messages and photos.
• Your wellbeing check,ins, streaks and saved resources.
• Your tracked walks and runs, including GPS routes.
• Your circle, emergency contact and safety details.
• Your active membership, cancelled at the point of deletion.

What we keep, and for how long

• Billing records, up to 7 years, where tax and accounting law requires it.
• Safety reports and blocks involving your account, up to 24 months, to protect other members.
• Crash and error logs, 90 days, then automatically removed.

Everything else is erased within 30 days of your request. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
